Getting Started
How do I create my first page?
1. Sign up for a free account
2. Click "Create new page" on your dashboard
3. Add your profile information and links
4. Customize the design with your colors
5. Click "Create page" and you're done!
Can I change my username?
Your username is permanent once your page is created. Choose carefully when creating your page.
Is viggus really free?
Yes! viggus is completely free with no hidden costs. All features including analytics and geolocation are included.
Analytics
How does click tracking work?
Every time someone clicks a link on your page, we record: • Date and time of click • The link they clicked • Referrer (where they came from) • City and country (geolocation) • Device type and browser
What are page views?
Page views count how many times your page was visited, regardless of whether someone clicked a link. Each visit to your page URL counts as one view.
How accurate is geolocation?
We use ip-api.com for geolocation, which provides city-level accuracy for most IP addresses. For privacy reasons, we only show city and country, never exact locations.
Account Settings
How do I change my password?
1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click "Edit profile" in Quick Actions
3. Click "Change password"
4. Enter your current password and new password
5. Click "Save changes"
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from the profile settings. This will permanently delete all your data including pages, links, and analytics.
How do I update my email?
Email changes are managed through Supabase Auth. Contact support if you need to change your email address.
Troubleshooting
My links aren't working
Common solutions: • Make sure URLs include https:// or http:// • Check that the link isn't broken • Try removing special characters • Ensure the link isn't too long
Images won't upload
Image requirements: • Max size: 2MB • Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF • Recommended size: 500x500 pixels
Analytics not showing
• Allow up to 5 minutes for data to appear • Check that you're in the correct time period • Make sure you have actual clicks/views • Try refreshing the page
